Monte Carlo Sandwich

  1. Cut crusts from bread.
  2. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  3. Dip bread in mixture and drain.
  4. Arrange thin slices of turkey on 4 slices of bread.
  5. Cover with slice of ham.
  6. Top with swiss cheese, and lightly spread with mustard.
  7. Cover with remaining bread; press down well.
  8. Cut across diagonally.
  9. Heat margarine in skillet; fry sandwiches until brown and crisp, turning once.
  10. Serve with powdered sugar, if desired.
