Veggie Pocket

  1. Mix 125 g cubed Velveeta Process Cheese Product (about 3/4 cup), 1/2 cup chopped broccoli and 1/4 cup each bean sprouts, grated carrots and chopped green onions.
  2. Cut 2 pita breads in half.
  3. Fill each half with 2 tomato slices and one fourth of the vegetable mixture.
  4. Spread outside of each sandwich evenly with 1 Tbsp.
  5. Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Dressing.
  6. Cook in large skillet on medium heat 3 min.
  7. on each side or until sandwiches are golden brown on both sides and Velveeta is melted.
