Baked Tuna loaf
- 15 oz canned tuna in spring water
- 1 tbsp dill infused oil
- 1 1/2 cup seasoned panko bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 cup crushed potato chips plain
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1/2 large onion chopped finely
- 1/2 tsp sage
- 1 tsp rosemary oil
- 1/3 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup seasoned panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- Mix all the ingredients for the loaf and mix together
- Mix the topping ingredients
- Preheat oven to 375Fahrenheit
- In a baking pan spray with nonstick spray add the loaf mixture add topping ingredients to top bake for 40-50 minutes till done let sit 5-7 minutes then slice and serve
