Chicken Steak Teriyaki Recipe

  1. Combine ingredients and marinate meat 6 to 8 hrs in the refrigerator, scoring the steak on both sides first if using beef.
  2. Grill and brush remaining marinade over meat as it cooks.
  3. Slice steak into thin strips.
