Chocolate Stout Fudge Cookies

  1. Double boiler dark chocolate.
  2. Stir in beer and vanilla, let cool to room temperature.
  3. Cream butter and sugar.
  4. Add eggs, high until very light and fluffy.
  5. Add chocolate.
  6. Separate bowl, sift dry goods.
  7. Add to wet goods.
  8. Stir in chocolate chips.
  9. Cover, refrigerate for 30 minutes up to 24 hours.
  10. This step is optional.
  11. Sprinkle sea salt on tops of cookie dough before putting in oven.
  12. 375F oven for 12 minutes
