Lemon Poke Cake

  1. pierce prepared cake with fork, at 1/2 inch intervals
  2. mix boiling water with gelatin; stir for 2 min.
  3. until completely dissolved
  4. carefully pour gelatin over cake
  5. refrigerate for 3 hours
  6. beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with wisk for 2 min; add cool whip
  7. frost the cake with pudding mixture; refrigerate 1 hour
