Lemon Poke Cake
- 1 box white cake ( prepared)
- 2 cup boiling water
- 1 packages jell-o lemon gelatin (6oz)
- 1 packages jell-o lemon instant pudding (3.4oz)
- 1 cup cold milk
- 3 cup cool whip ( thawed)
- pierce prepared cake with fork, at 1/2 inch intervals
- mix boiling water with gelatin; stir for 2 min.
- until completely dissolved
- carefully pour gelatin over cake
- refrigerate for 3 hours
- beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with wisk for 2 min; add cool whip
- frost the cake with pudding mixture; refrigerate 1 hour
