Creamy Mac And Cheese Recipe

  1. Boil water in large deep pot with 2 tsp.
  2. salt and oil.
  3. Add in macaroni and cook uncovered after water returns to a full boil, for 10 to 11 min.
  4. Drain and rinse.
  5. In tightly covered container, combine 1 c. lowfat milk and flour.
  6. Shake until well blended.
  7. Pour into medium saucepan with remaining lowfat milk.
  8. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  9. Add in cheese cubes to sauce.
  10. Continue cooking till cheese is melted.
  11. Add in salt, pepper and macaroni.
  12. Heat through.
