For Bento How to Freeze Fried Foods
- 1 Tonkatsu (breaded deep fried pork cutlet)
- 1 Chikuzen-ni
- 1 Thick Tamagoyaki with Just 1 egg
- 1 Shiso Hijiki
- 1 Plain cooked rice
- 1 Miso katsu sauce
- How to freeze fried foods without losing flavor Once the food is freshly fried, leave it to cool before wrapping in kitchen paper, then a tight layer of cling film or aluminium foil.
- Place the fried foods in a ziplock bag, suck out all of the air with a straw, and seal the bag shut.
- (Please eat the contents within 2-3 weeks.)
- You can even store the food after cutting, just make sure that the surface of any meat is very tightly wrapped.
- On the day of use, thaw the food in a microwave and warm it up in the toaster oven.
