Glazed Strawberry Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine flour and baking soda.
  3. Beat cream cheese, butter, 1 cup sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  4. Gradually beat in flour mixture, mixing well after each addition; press onto bottom of 15x10x1-inch pan.
  5. Bake 15 to 17 min.
  6. or until lightly browned.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
  9. (Pudding will be thick.)
  10. Stir in COOL WHIP until blended.
  11. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  12. Mix dry gelatin mix, cornstarch and remaining sugar in medium saucepan.
  13. Gradually stir in water.
  14. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
  15. Cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  16. or until thickened.
  17. Cool 10 min.
  18. Spread pudding mixture over crust; cover with strawberries.
  19. Drizzle with glaze.
  20. Refrigerate 4 hours.
