Super Easy French Dip

  1. in a medium saucepan simmer broth and worcestershire sauce, reducing slightly to a light bodied sauce, about 15 minutes.
  2. add the sliced roast beef and simmer 5 minutes
  3. preheat oven to 350. slice french loaf into four portions and split loaf in the middle, I leave one side intact for easier eating.
  4. dress with horseradish sauce, setting aside any remainder for dipping
  5. place split loaves on a baking sheet and heap with roast beef, top with cheese.
  6. place in oven until cheese is melted.
  7. enjoy with extra horseradish sauce and servings of broth for dipping
