Bratwurst With Onion Marmalade Recipe

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan over moderate heat and saute/fry the onions till tender, about 10 min.
  2. Add in the remaining marmalade ingredients and reduce the heat to low.
  3. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, till almost all of the liquid has evaporated, 15 to 20 min.
  4. Remove from the heat and let cold.
  5. Serve with the cooked bratwurst on buns along with assorted mustards.
  6. Serves 6 to 8.
