Crab Cakes
- 14 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 6 tablespoons sour cream
- 14 cup minced fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 lbs crabmeat
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 13 cup cornmeal
- 12 cup vegetable oil
- Wish butter, eggs, sr cream, parsley, lemon juice, Wrchst sauce, paprika, salt, cayenne, and stir in crab meat and bread crumbs.
- Form 1/2 cup measures 3/4 inch think and place cakes on baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with cornmeal.
- Cover and chill 1hr to overnight.
- Heat oil in skillit and fry 2-4 min each side.
