Crab Cakes

  1. Wish butter, eggs, sr cream, parsley, lemon juice, Wrchst sauce, paprika, salt, cayenne, and stir in crab meat and bread crumbs.
  2. Form 1/2 cup measures 3/4 inch think and place cakes on baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle with cornmeal.
  4. Cover and chill 1hr to overnight.
  5. Heat oil in skillit and fry 2-4 min each side.
