Toast cups breakfast cups
- 1 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 toast
- 1 Cheddar cheese slices
- 1 pastrami or cold cuts or cooked meats
- 1 cream cheese
- 1 salt pepper spices
- 1 optional vegetables
- 1 optional salted nuts diced
- Grease muffin or cupcake tin or individual cups or use foil base and grease that too.
- Flatten toast slices with a mug or roller and place gently into the mold so it doesn't break.
- You may trim the toast crust but keep for an extra crunch
- Layer a slice of cheese at the bottom then top with the rest of the ingredients and spices or herbs.
- Whip the egg with milk and spice it with salt and pepper and dry/fresh basil or any preferred flavour.
- Pour egg and milk mix over each cup with an icecream scoop or small ladel.
- Cover each cup with another slice of cheese and some more herbs or spices.
- Preheat oven on 200 c then place the cups in the oven and lower the heat to 180 c and bake for about 15 - 20 minutes or till the egg is cooked and the cheese starts to bubble or brown.
