Brunch Eggs

  1. Cook bacon in medium ovenproof nonstick skillet until crisp.
  2. Remove bacon from skillet, reserving 2 tsp.
  3. drippings in skillet.
  4. Drain bacon on paper towels; crumble.
  5. Add onions to reserved drippings; cook and stir 5 min.
  6. or until crisp-tender.
  7. Add tomatoes and crumbled bacon; cook and stir 1 min.
  8. or until heated through.
  9. Add combined remaining ingredients to skillet; cook on low heat 6 to 8 min.
  10. or until center is almost set.
  11. Heat broiler.
  12. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min.
  13. or until center is set.
