Brunch Eggs
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- 1 plum tomato, chopped
- 2 whole eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- Cook bacon in medium ovenproof nonstick skillet until crisp.
- Remove bacon from skillet, reserving 2 tsp.
- drippings in skillet.
- Drain bacon on paper towels; crumble.
- Add onions to reserved drippings; cook and stir 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Add tomatoes and crumbled bacon; cook and stir 1 min.
- or until heated through.
- Add combined remaining ingredients to skillet; cook on low heat 6 to 8 min.
- or until center is almost set.
- Heat broiler.
- Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min.
