My Peanut Butter Cookie

  1. Mix sugars, peanut butter, shortening, margarine and egg in large bowl.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm.
  4. Heat oven to 375F (190C).
  5. Shape into 1 1/4 inch balls.
  6. Place 3 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Flatten in criss-cross pattern with floured fork.
  8. Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until light brown.
  9. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet.
