Favorite Baked Beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can Campbell's pork and beans
- 1 (28 oz.) can Bush's beans with bacon and brown sugar
- 1 (15 oz.) can cooked butter beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 slices lean bacon
- 1/2 lb. hamburg
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. molasses
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- Fry bacon until crisp; drain on paper towel.
- Remove fat from pan and fry hamburger and onion until lightly browned.
- Mix beans, spices and meats together in a large bowl, then pour in a casserole and bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or 325u0b0 for a little longer. This can be made the day before, refrigerated and baked the next day.
- Takes a little longer to bake when cold.
