Chili Verde Recipe

  1. Cut up pork steak 3/4 inch square; remove the bone.
  2. Brown cubes (keep removing liquid to brown); may have to brown in small amounts because of pan size.
  3. Put meat into large pot.
  4. Add in onions and garlic; stir in good before adding rest of the ingredients.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce to simmer.
  7. Simmer for 1 hour.
  8. Eat and enjoy!
