Bitter Chocolate Truffles Recipe

  3. In a saucepan, boil the double cream till reduced to 2 tbsp.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate till melted.
  5. Add in the butter and stir gently, then pour on to a large flat plate.
  6. Put in the fridge for 45 min till chilled and set.

  8. With a tsp., scrape across the chocolate so which it forms a rough truffle shape in large curls, not balls!
  9. Roll them in dry cocoa pwdr.
  10. Refrigeratein fridge for at least half and hour before serving.
