Yam Bake
- 1 (29 ounce) can yams
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons cinnamon
- 14 cup butter, melted
- 12 package pecan sandies
- 14 cup butter, melted
- Drain the yams well.
- Smash with fork or can be mixed with hand beater.
- Mix in cinnamon, sugar and butter.
- Pour into baking dish, sprayed with Pam.
- Crush pecan sandies, mix with 1/4 cup butter.
- Spread over yam mixture, bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes.
