Broccoli Delight
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cornbread Stove Top stuffing
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli spears, thawed
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 green onions, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Mix stuffing according to directions on box.
- Spoon mixture around inside of 9 x 13-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
- Place broccoli spears in center of "well."
- Melt margarine in saucepan and add flour, stirring until smooth.
- Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Stir in bouillon.
- Gradually add milk, cooking over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Add cream cheese and salt; stir until mixture is smooth.
- Stir in onions.
