Cherry Salad
- 1 large pkg. cherry Jell-O
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. cherry pie mix
- 1 large pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. salad dressing
- 1 c. whipped cream
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
- Stir well to dissolve. Add cherry pie mix.
- Stir and chill.
- While this is setting, prepare the following:
- Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
- Meanwhile, beat cream cheese with salad dressing.
- Fold into lightly thickened lemon Jell-O along with whipped cream and crushed pineapple, juice and all.
- Then add miniature marshmallows. Pour over cherry layer and allow to set overnight.
- Put into square cake pan.
