Mini Quiche Muffins
- 1-1/2 qt. corn flakes
- 1 qt. flour
- 1/4 cup CALUMET Baking Powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 8 each eggs
- 1 qt. milk
- 1 cup oil
- 1 qt. KRAFT CHEDASHARP Pasteurized Process American Cheese Shred
- 1 qt. OSCAR MAYER Honey Ham, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- Combine cereal, flour, baking powder and garlic powder in 12-qt.
- bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment; set aside.
- Beat eggs, milk and oil in separate bowl.
- Add to cereal mixture; beat on low speed 2 min.
- or just until moistened.
- Stir in process cheese, ham and onions.
- Spoon evenly into 48 greased medium muffin cups, filling each cup about 3/4 full (or 12 prepared muffin cups for trial recipe).
- Bake in 400F-standard oven for 18 to 20 min.
- or until tops are golden brown and toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
- Serve warm.
