Sausage and Cheese Quiche
- 8 eggs
- 1 lb mild ground sausage
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 deep dish pie shells, 9-inch diameter
- Cook sausage on medium-high until lightly browned.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- With a fork, poke holes in the bottom and sides of the pie shells.
- Cook in oven for 10-15 minutes, until lightly brown.
- While the pie crust is browning, mix together the other ingredients.
- Pour mixture into the two browned pie crusts.
- Divide evenly, and shake to level.
- Cook for 25-45 minutes, until dark brown on top.
