Yakisoba Noodles with Potatoes

  1. Cut the potato into 3 mm wide matchsticks.
  2. Place in a bowl of cold water.
  3. Slice the onion thinly, and cut the bacon into small strips.
  4. Drain the potato well.
  5. Heat some oil in a frying pan and stir fry the bacon and onion.
  6. When the onion has wilted add the potato and keep stir frying.
  7. When the potatoes are still a bit hard, add the yakisoba noodles with 60 ml of water, and stir-fry while untangling the noodles.
  8. Add some okonomiyaki sauce or the seasoning packet that came with the yakisoba noodles to season.
  9. Done!
