Yakisoba Noodles with Potatoes
- 1 pack Yakisoba noodles
- 1 medium Potato
- 1/2 small Onion
- 2 slice Bacon
- 1 Okonomiyaki sauce
- 1 dash Vegetable oil
- Cut the potato into 3 mm wide matchsticks.
- Place in a bowl of cold water.
- Slice the onion thinly, and cut the bacon into small strips.
- Drain the potato well.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan and stir fry the bacon and onion.
- When the onion has wilted add the potato and keep stir frying.
- When the potatoes are still a bit hard, add the yakisoba noodles with 60 ml of water, and stir-fry while untangling the noodles.
- Add some okonomiyaki sauce or the seasoning packet that came with the yakisoba noodles to season.
- Done!
