Chocolate Jubilee Cake

  1. Grease and flour 12-cup fluted tube pan.
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Mix next 4 ingredients with mixer at high speed for 3 minutes.
  5. At low speed, beat in real mayo until smooth.
  6. Add flour mixture.
  7. Beat just until smooth.
  8. Stir in pie filling and raisins.
  9. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 55 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
  10. Cool in pan 15 minutes.
  11. Remove.
  12. Cool.
  13. Eat.
  14. Enjoy.
