Three Colour Rajma Salad
- 2 cups rajma, soaked overnight and boiled
- 1 cup macaroni, boiled
- 12 cup green capsicum, chopped
- 12 cup cucumber, chopped
- 12 cup spring onion
- 14 teaspoon mustard powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- black pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Toss all in a bowl and serve!
