Raspberry Baked Brie

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Cut the top of the rind off of the brie and place onto a baking pan, either back into the holder or rind side down.
  3. Bake for 1012 minutes, or until the cheese starts to melt.
  4. Remove from oven and spread with raspberry jam, then top with fresh raspberries.
  5. Serve immediately with french bread or crackers, if desired.
  6. Enjoy!
