Raspberry Baked Brie
- 1 wheel (8 Oz. Size) Brie
- 3 Tablespoons Raspberry Jam
- 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
- French Bread Or Crackers For Dipping, If Desired
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cut the top of the rind off of the brie and place onto a baking pan, either back into the holder or rind side down.
- Bake for 1012 minutes, or until the cheese starts to melt.
- Remove from oven and spread with raspberry jam, then top with fresh raspberries.
- Serve immediately with french bread or crackers, if desired.
- Enjoy!
