Creamy Lemon-Honey Gelatin

  1. Bring 1 container yogurt to boil in large saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add gelatin; stir with whisk 2 min.
  4. until completely dissolved.
  5. Add remaining yogurt and 1/4 cup honey; mix well.
  6. Pour into 10-cup gelatin mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Unmold gelatin onto plate.
  9. Drizzle with remaining honey just before serving; top with berries.
