Creamy Lemon-Honey Gelatin
- 2 containers (32 oz. each) plain low-fat yogurt, divided
- 4 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
- 1/3 cup honey, divided
- 2 cups blueberries Whole Foods 3 For $10.00 thru 02/09
- Bring 1 container yogurt to boil in large saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Add gelatin; stir with whisk 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Add remaining yogurt and 1/4 cup honey; mix well.
- Pour into 10-cup gelatin mold sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Unmold gelatin onto plate.
- Drizzle with remaining honey just before serving; top with berries.
