Cherries made with booze and chocolate
- 1 tsp (5 ml). cumin
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
- 4 oz (112 grm). jar maraschino cherries
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) coconut rum
- 6 oz (168 grm). chocolate bar
- 3 tbsp (45 ml). butter
- In sauce pan melt chocolate add butter, sugar, and cumin.
- Heat to slow boil remove from heat; add rum.
- Drain cherries and pour mix over cherries; let cool for 20 minutes.
- Serve.
