Tequila Lime Corn Salsa
- 16 ounces, weight Frozen Corn Kernels
- 3 ears Fresh Corn, Kernels Cut From Cobs
- 3 whole Jalapenos, Seeded And Finely Chopped
- 1 bunch Cilantro, Chopped
- 8 whole Green Onions, Chopped
- 3/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Raw Sugar
- 4 whole Limes, Juiced
- 1 ounce, fluid Tequila (high Quality)
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours prior to serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips or on top of your favorite tacos.
