Cruncy Rice
- 1 can Beef Consume
- 1 can Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Uncle Bens Converted rice ( you can use the quick minute rice just different texture)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 can Water Chestnuts (Sliced)
- 1 can Mushrooms ( I use fresh)
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Add every ingredient into a 8x8 casserole dish.
- Then stir together
- Cover with tin foil and bake for 30min.
- Remove tin foil and stir the.
- Bake for another 30min.
- Once done dig in!
