Mexican Fiesta

• 2 lb. ground beef
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1/3 c. taco seasoning
• 1 c. water
• 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
• 1 can Mexican tomato sauce
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 3 c. corn chips, crushed to 1 1/2 c.
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese, divided
• 1 c. sour cream

1. Brown ground beef in a skillet, stirring to crumble; drain well.
2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef and all remaining ingredients, except 1/2 cup cheese and sour cream.
3. Pour into a greased 9 1/2 x 15-inch casserole dish.
4. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
5. Spread sour cream over top; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
6. Bake 5 minutes longer.
