Aunt Lindy's Habsolutely Mango Recipe

  1. In stock pot add in Habaneros, water and salt.
  2. Slow boil for 15 minuets.
  3. then drain, saving 3/4 c. of water.
  4. Puree in blender the saved water and all ingredients except vinegar.
  5. Return to stock pot and simmer on medium low heat for 10 min, stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in vinegar until slightly cooled.
  7. Keeps in refrigerator 4 months or possibly can and process.
  8. Chill after opening.
