Sriracha Cheddar Burgers
- 3 Tbsp. Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce), divided
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 4 Cracker Barrel Medium Cheddar Cheese Slices
- 2 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Original Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, cut into 4 slices King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 4 hamburger buns
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Mix barbecue sauce and 2 Tbsp.
- Sriracha sauce until blended.
- Mix meat with half the barbecue sauce mixture just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Grill 5 to 6 min.
- on each side or until done (160F), brushing with remaining barbecue sauce mixture for the last few minutes.
- Top with cheese; grill 1 min.
- or until melted.
- Combine Miracle Whip and remaining Sriracha sauce.
- Place lettuce on bottom halves of buns; cover with burgers, tomatoes, Miracle Whip mixture and tops of buns.
