Slow Cooker Kalua Pork

  1. Sprinkle and rub all sides of pork butt with sea salts and place in slow cooker.
  2. Add garlic and Liquid Smoke.
  3. Note, that this will seem like there is not a lot of liquid, but it is enough.
  4. Put the lid on and cook on low for 12 to 16 hours.
  5. Since my slow cooker doesnt go up to 12 to 16 hours, I started this before I went to bed, cooked it for 8 hours, then started my slow cooker over again in the morning, cooking for 6 more hours.
  6. Remove pork from slow cooker and shred with forks.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
