Buttermilk And Onion Mix Recipe

• 1/2 c. Dry buttermilk pwdr
• 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
• 1 tsp onion pwdr
• 1 tsp dry chopped onion
• 1 tsp salt (opt)
• 1 x Tabsp dry parsley, crushed
• 1/4 tsp grnd pepper
• 1 pkt Buttermilk dressing mix
• 2 c. Mayonnaise
• 1 c. Water

1. BUTTERMILK & ONION SALAD DRESSING MIX: Stir all ingredients in a small bowl till proportionately distributed.
2. Pour into a 1-c. container with a tight-fitting lid.
3. Seal container.
4. Label with date and contents.
5. Store in a cold, dry place.
6. Use within 6 months.
7. Makes 1 package or possibly 2/3 c. Buttermilk & Onion Dressing Mix.
8. BUTTERMILK & ONION SALAD DRESSING: In a large bowl, combine Buttermilk & Onion Salad Dressing Mix, mayonnaise and water, blending thoroughly.
9. Pour into a 1-qt container with a tight-fitting lid.
10. Chill overnight.
11. YIELD: About 3 c..
