Teriayki Chicken Thighs
- 14 cup oil
- 14 cup red wine
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons crushed fresh ginger
- 1 12 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- Peel ginger and slice against grain into very thin slices.
- Place in garlic press and crush.
- Crush garlic and mix all ingredients in a gallon zip lock bag.
- Zip and mix well.
- Add chicken and merinade for several hours turning several times.
- If you use skin on thighs marinade overnight.
- Place on grill and cook through.
- Cooking time will vary subject to method and meat chosen.
