Teriayki Chicken Thighs

  1. Peel ginger and slice against grain into very thin slices.
  2. Place in garlic press and crush.
  3. Crush garlic and mix all ingredients in a gallon zip lock bag.
  4. Zip and mix well.
  5. Add chicken and merinade for several hours turning several times.
  6. If you use skin on thighs marinade overnight.
  7. Place on grill and cook through.
  8. Cooking time will vary subject to method and meat chosen.
