- 4 ounces, weight Cooked Chicken, Diced
- 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 3/4 cups Pasta Sauce
- Fresh Basil - To Taste
- 2 ounces, weight Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

- Preheat oven to 350*
- Cook pasta according to directions.
- While the water is boiling, chop the tomatoes, broccoli and chicken.
- Spray a pan with non stick cooking spray over medium heat.
- Add garlic and let simmer until its fragrant.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and add tomatoes and broccoli.
- After about 3-4 minutes add the chicken and and 1/4 cup of pasta sauce.
- Let simmer over low heat while the pasta finishes.
- Drain pasta.
- Add pasta and fresh basil to the skillet.
- In theory I suppose you could stop here...and it would still be delicious.
- But Ive got a thing for baked pastas... the crispy edges and gooey cheesiness.
- Spray a casserole dish with non stick cooking spray.
- Add 1/2 of the pasta mixture.
- Top with 1/2 cup sauce and 1 oz cheese.
- Add the rest of the pasta mixture.
- Top with remaining sauce, cheese and bread crumbs.
- Bake in the oven until desired crispiness.
- 15 minutes should do the trick, but I took mine out after 10 minutes because I was hungry and getting impatient!
