Soy Pork Tenderloin
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- juice 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
- 2 pork tenderloins (about 3/4 lb. each)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- Preheat oven to 425u0b0.
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Add tenderloins.
- They can marinate 5 minutes or overnight, depending on your schedule.
- In a small pan, or in the microwave, toast sesame seeds until light brown.
- Set aside.
- Use a baking sheet with shallow sides to roast the pork.
- Grease sheet lightly, then remove pork from soy sauce mixture and place on sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Pour remaining marinade over the tenderloin and continue baking another 5 minutes.
- Remove pork from oven, slice thin slices on the diagonal and place on platter.
- Pour the pan juices over the pork, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve. Suggestion:
- Serve with steamed rice and fresh asparagus.
