Creamy Tuna Rice
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can (12 oz. or 9-1/4 oz.) tuna, drained, flaked
- 1-1/2 cups MINUTE White Rice or MINUTE Premium White Rice, uncooked
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes (optional)
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up *
- Bring water and milk to boil in medium saucepan on medium heat.
- Stir in tuna, rice and parsley; cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
- Add VELVEETA; stir until melted.
