Creamy Tuna Rice

  1. Bring water and milk to boil in medium saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Stir in tuna, rice and parsley; cover.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
  5. Add VELVEETA; stir until melted.
