Bow Tie & Swiss Salad
- 12 ounces (5 cups) uncooked dried bow tie pasta (farfalle)
- 8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli Swiss Cheese
- 4 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed, trimmed
- 1 1/2 cups chopped Roma tomatoes
- 3/4 cup Italian salad dressing
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Rinse with cold water.
- Drain.
- Stack cheese slices; cut into thin strips.
- Toss together cooked pasta and all remaining ingredients in large bowl.
- Serve immediately.
