Non-Fry Meatless Tonkatsu using Frozen Tofu
- 1 block Firm tofu
- 1 dash Egg
- 1 Plain flour
- 1 Panko
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Defrost the frozen tofu and drain very well.
- Season the tofu with salt and pepper.
- Coat the tofu with plain flour, the beaten egg, and panko, in that order.
- Heat a pan filled 5mm deep with oil.
- Stir-fry the tofu until golden brown and it's done.
