Non-Fry Meatless Tonkatsu using Frozen Tofu

  1. Defrost the frozen tofu and drain very well.
  2. Season the tofu with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat the tofu with plain flour, the beaten egg, and panko, in that order.
  4. Heat a pan filled 5mm deep with oil.
  5. Stir-fry the tofu until golden brown and it's done.
