Tangy Coleslaw Recipe

  1. Toss cabbage, carrots, cilantro, and onion in a large serving bowl until combined.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar and sugar until sugar dissolves.
  3. Whisk in mayonnaise and remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss well.
  5. (You can make this up to 2 days ahead.
  6. Cover and refrigerate; before serving, bring coleslaw to room temperature.)
