Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Spinach leaves steam or blanch for only 1 minute, chop one stem of mushrooms,
  2. Ham and cherry tomatoes into a bowl.
  3. Mx in ricotta cheese, spinach, a little salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Bake for 5-10 minutes
  5. Basil to garnish
  6. This is a lovely companion with fish or chicken as a main dish.
