Better Than Mayonnaise

  1. Process the chickpeas in a mini-chopper or food processor.
  2. Combine with all other ingredients.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasonings.
  4. Cover and put in the fridge for up to a week.
  5. (This is good with other fresh herbs too, such as fresh chopped basil or cilantro).
