Negroni

• Ice
• 1 ounce Campari
• 1 ounce sweet vermouth
• 1 ounce gin
• 1 lemon twist

1. Fill two-thirds of a pint glass with ice.
2. Add the Campari, sweet vermouth and gin.
3. Stir briskly for 30 seconds to chill.
4. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
