Creamy Orange-Peach Parfait
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
- 1 cup cold orange peach mango juice blend
- 1 cup drained chopped canned peaches
- 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Stir in juice blend.
- Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Break gelatin into small flakes with fork.
- Spoon chopped fruit into 4 dessert dishes; top with gelatin and COOL WHIP.
