Creamy Orange-Peach Parfait

• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
• 1 cup cold orange peach mango juice blend
• 1 cup drained chopped canned peaches
• 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
2. until completely dissolved.
3. Stir in juice blend.
4. Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
5. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
6. Break gelatin into small flakes with fork.
7. Spoon chopped fruit into 4 dessert dishes; top with gelatin and COOL WHIP.
