Fish Fillet & Cheesy Rice
- 3 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 4 slices KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 1 lb. frozen fish fillet, not breaded Walmart Supercenter 1 lb For $5.00 thru 02/14
- 4 cups frozen cut green beans
- 2 Tbsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 4 fresh peaches
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) , favorite flavor
- Bring 3 cups of water to boil in a large saucepan.
- Stir in rice; return to boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
- Simmer 5 min.
- Stir in cheese; cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Stir rice to blend just before serving.
- Heat fish and green beans as directed on package.
- Season fish to taste with favorite salt-free seasoning.
- Top green beans with margarine and lemon juice; mix.
- Divide fish, rice and green beans into 4 equal servings.
- Complement each meal with a fresh peach for dessert.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of CRYSTAL LIGHT with meal.
