Wasabi Deviled Eggs
- 12 dozen hard-boiled egg
- 1 medium avocado
- 14 cup brown mustard
- 12 cup crushed wasabi peas
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Hard Boil Eggs.
- Cut eggs in half long ways, and remove yolks.
- Blend egg yolks with avocado, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Fill egg white cavity with the mixture.
- Top each egg half with paprika and Crushed up Wasabi World Peas.
- Serve immediately.
