Breakfast Casserole

  1. Mix bread crumbs with margarine.
  2. Place bread cubes in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
  3. Add sausage, mushrooms and cheese.
  4. Mix eggs, 2 1/2 cups milk and mustard.
  5. Pour over ingredients in casserole. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. The next day, bring to room temperature. Mix soup with 1/2 can milk.
  7. Pour over casserole.
  8. Cover with crumbs.
  9. Bake in preheated oven at 325u0b0 for 75 minutes.
  10. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
